Lauren, a Des Moines native, joined the Buccaneers in November of 2024. She is a passionate and accomplished professional in event management and corporate partnerships. A proud graduate of Iowa State University, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management in 2017.
Lauren began her career with the Iowa Wild (AHL), where she served as Manager of Corporate Partnerships. She brings expertise and energy to the Buccaneers organization, where she oversees all aspects of corporate partnerships and community initiatives. In her role, Lauren excels at fostering lasting relationships with partners and fans, creating unique events to elevate the fan experience, networking with prospective businesses to expand the Buccaneers' reach, and crafting special partnerships to highlight the excellence of the organization's valued partners.
When she’s not building connections and enhancing the game-day experience, Lauren enjoys spending time with her beloved cat, Carver.
