When is the Box Office open?
You can call our Box Office Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM at (515) 278-2827.
On game days, phone lines and Box Office open four hours before the game starts.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking available around the MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex.
I'm new to hockey. Where is the best place to sit?
Good question! Everyone is different, and the Bucs' staff is here to help. Ice-level seats put fans right in the middle of the action along the glass,
while arena-level or standing-room-only seating offers a view that's more "on top" of the action. Center Ice seats provide the best of both worlds,
placing fans at the heart of everything during the game. Feel free to ask any Bucs representative before game day—
we'll be more than happy to give you a quick tour of the seating options.
Is accessible seating available?
Accessible seating options are available in the rink, with elevator access to the ADA seating on the northwest side.
For assistance in securing seating in these areas, please contact the box office at (515) 278-2827.
Any staff member will be happy to assist you with seating and facilities within the arena.
What if I purchased tickets and can't make the game?
The Des Moines Buccaneers do not offer refunds on tickets. If you're unable to attend a game, we recommend giving your tickets to someone else.
For season ticket holders, there is a "Never Waste a Ticket" program for unused tickets.
In the rare event that a game is postponed due to weather or other reasons, information regarding your tickets will be provided on the website.
Can I meet or talk to the players?
The Bucs offer various opportunities to meet the team after home games. For a complete

I want to play for the Bucs. How can I sign up?
Buccaneers players are between the ages of 16 and 20 and are recruited by the coaching staff.
The team also hosts a tryout camp each summer. If you're interested in joining the team, please complete the Player Profile.
