Astapovich is a 6'1, 2005-born forward playing in his first season in the USHL, after playing for the Oakland Jr. Grizzlies 16U AAA program. Astapovich, a native of Birmingham, Michigan, has 1 goal in 4 games with the Buccaneers since arriving in a trade from the Madison Capitols.
Borozinskis is a 5'11 2004-born forward playing in his first USHL season, after coming up through the Buccaneers 18U AAA program. Borozinskis is a native of Latvia and has a goal and three assists in 11 games played this season.

Silkalns is a 6'2 2003-born forward from Talsi, Latvia, playing his first season in the USHL after playing junior hockey in Latvia. Silkalns has represented his country internationally. The forward has posted 2 goals and 4 assists in 12 games played for Des Moines this season.
